The Envideck series of internal floating roofs were developed to meet the demand for durable, high quality internal floating roofs that are economic in investment and optimal in emission reduction. The ENVIDECK® FC  is a high quality honeycomb full-contact AIFR and is considered the most innovative on the market today. Our roofs are designed with care for sustainability and constructability from production to installation and its operational phase. The unique connection system makes this roof incredibly easy to install, without structural bolting.

The patented ENVIDECK® HC  is suitable for most stored products and it is available in a honeycomb execution (HC) and our patented unique extruded design (FCE). All floating modules for any of our ENVIDECK® FC types can be field tested for air tightness as required per API 650-H

Our ENVIDECK® HC design has several advantages over other AIFRs, including a superior air tight gasketed fastening  system. We have minimised the welds in the stored product, improving the operability of the roof. The ENVIDECK® HC systems are designed without girders and are air tight on top and bottom. This integrated structural design achieves unsurpassed long term benefits over all other IFR suppliers.

Our unique patented (PCT/NL2022/050151) connection design method improves constructability and longevity of the roofs and the extruded roof even eliminates  the majority of the welds in contact with the stored product

The ENVIDECK® FC EX is completely constructed without welding and is available in a variation that fits through a 24 inch manway if required, allowing for more efficient installation and quicker tank turnaround.
